UK Delivery :
For Standard deliveries within the United Kingdom mainland we will use an Interlink Express courier service or Royal Mail
Standard Delivery charge is currently £3.95 and will normally arrive within 3/5 working days of despatch and are delivered on Monday to Friday only.
Despatch normally takes place within two days of order placement.
If you are not present to accept the delivery the driver will put a card through your door informing you of how and where to collect your delivery or how to arrange re-delivery.
For Express deliveries within the United Kingdom mainland we will use Interlink Express courier express service.
Express Delivery charge is currently £8.95 and will arrive by the end of the next day following despatch which is normally within 24 hours of order placement but please note that orders received on a Friday will not be despatched until Monday.
A Saturday delivery is available at an increased charge and please call us for this information.
Delivery charge for Nothern Ireland is £6.95 and will be delivered by Royal Mail trackable service.
The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man is £4.50.
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail and should arrive within 7 working days and will require a signature upon receipt.
International Delivery :
The Delivery charge for European Countries is £9.95 / Worldwide is £14.95.
Your order will be sent by an Royal Mail international signed for delivery service and should be delivered within 14 working days of despatch although please allow up to 21 days and will require a signature upon receipt.
Please note that some items i.e shoes/boots/multiple items may incur extra postage charges due to the weight of the parcel. If this is the case we will inform customer via e-mail/telephone before despatching to advise of any extra cost.
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will be required to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional customs charges must be settled by you.
If you are unhappy with your goods you may send them back for a full refund.
You can return the goods to us unworn, undamaged, unmarked, odour free and with the original labels attached and in pristine condition and each garment in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt to request a full refund.
When trying on a garment please make sure you are not wearing make-up or perfume or deodorant which may in any way result in the above list of damages.
We are unable to refund any garment which is damaged as above or shows signs of wear.
Some of our products are non-returnable due to Hygiene reasons including – Underwear, Swimwear, Hosiery, Pierced Earrings.
Please return the goods along with a copy of the original packing sheet and in the original box where possible to :

We are not responsible for return postage to us unless in the exceptional circumstance an item is faulty or your order is incorrect.
We strongly recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
Please retain Proof of Posting from your shipper as without this we cannot be held responsible for items which fail to reach us.
We aim to process returns within 48 hrs of receipt but this time may be longer during busy periods.
Refunds will be re-credited to the credit / debit card used to pay for the order usually within 3/5 working days of our acceptance and processing of the returned goods.
Please note that some Banks may take up to 30 days to re-credit the amount.
Please note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be re-credited to the original purchaser.
Return of SALE Goods :
Discounted goods will only be refunded to the value of the Sale / Promotional value.
Refunds will be re-credited as per above Returns Procedure.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange items. Please re-order from the website and send back unsuitable item/s for a refund as above.
