Below you will find outlined the Terms & Conditions which apply to the use of the Inis website.
We may change the Terms at our sole discretion and without notice. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these Terms & Conditions.
Accuracy of Content :
Every effort has been made to verify the accuracy of the product descriptions, sizes, prices and specifications on our website. However if we discover an error in the details of goods that have been ordered then we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of cancelling or continuing with the order. A full refund will be given for any cancelled order.
Please note that the colour accuracy of the displayed product image will be dependent on the resolution of your monitor. Therefore please allow for small colour discrepancies when you receive your actual order.
Ownership of Rights :
You may access this website solely for your own personal use. You may not use, copy or store any part of this Site for any commercial or legal purpose.
All rights, including copyright are owned or licensed to Inis.
Order Confirmation :
By placing an order on the Inis website you offer to buy the goods at the prices indicated as well as any applicable delivery charges.
We will send an automated order acknowledgement email to you but please note that this is merely an acknowledgement that your order has been received.
You will also receive an email from ‘ProtX’ confirming your payment details.
You will receive email Confirmation of your order once the goods have been despatched. Our acceptance of each individual part of the order is upon despatch of each of the items ordered.
Non-acceptance of an order by us will occur where we identify a product pricing or description error, the ordered item is out of stock or unavailable, or if we are unable to obtain authorisation of your payment.
Pricing / VAT :
All prices are subject to change without notice and are inclusive of 17.5% VAT.

All products are offered subject to availability.
In the case of a product being unavailable we will inform you as soon as possible and either offer a suitable alternative or refund your payment for that product.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website or edit any information on this website at any time.
We may refuse to process an order at any time or refuse service to any individual for any reason at our sole discretion.
Cancellation of Order :
You have the right to cancel your order at any point before Despatch by contacting Customer Services on 01896 668497 within UK or +44 1896 668497 if calling from overseas.
If your order has already been despatched you can return the goods to us unworn, undamaged, odour free and with the original labels attached within 7 days of receipt to receive a full refund.
Inisonline.com accept most major credit / debit cards. All credit / debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer refuses to authorise payment to us we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of goods. All items must be paid for before despatch.
We will despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment from your card provider.
Our Right to Cancel Orders :
If a payment address cannot be verified with the card issuer then we may have no option but to cancel the order. If for any reason we cannot verify your address or suspect you are not the credit / debit card owner then we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Delivery Information :
For Standard deliveries within the United Kingdom mainland we will use an Interlink Express delivery service.
Standard Delivery charge is currently £3.95 and will arrive within 3/5 working days of despatch and are delivered on Monday to Friday only.
Despatch normally takes place within two days of order placement.
If you are not present to accept the delivery the driver will put a card through your door informing you of how and where to collect your delivery or how to arrange re-delivery.
For Express deliveries within the United Kingdom mainland we will use an Interlink Express delivery service.
Express Delivery charge is currently £8.95 and will arrive by the end of the day following despatch.
Despatch normally takes place within 24 hours of order palcement.
Please note orders received on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday.
For Saturday delivery this can be arranged at additional cost and please call us for this information.
UK Off-Shore Delivery :
The Delivery charge for the Channel Islands and the Isle of Mann is £4.50
Your order is sent via Royal Mail should arrive within 7 working days and will require a signature upon receipt.
International Delivery :
The Delivery charge for European Countries is £9.95 / Worldwide is £14.95.
Your order will be sent by an Interlink Express courier delivery service and should be delivered within 7 working days of despatch and will require a signature upon receipt.
Inisonline cannot deliver to a PO Box number.
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will be required to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional customs charges must be settled by you.
Returns and Exchanges :
If you are unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or a refund.
You can return the goods to us unworn, undamaged, unmarked odour free and with the original labels attached and in pristine condition and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt to request an exchange or receive a full refund.
When trying on a garment please make sure you are not wearing make-up or perfume or deodorant which may in any way result in the above list of damages.
We are unable to exchange or refund any garment which is damaged as above or shows any signs of wear.
Some of our products are non-returnable due to Hygiene reasons including – Underwear, Swimwear, Hosiery, Pierced Earrings.
Please return the goods to us along with a copy of the packing sheet and in the original box where possible to :

We are not responsible for return postage to us unless in the exceptional circumstance an item is faulty or your order is incorrect.
We strongly recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
Please retain Proof of Posting from your shipper as without this we cannot be held responsible for items which fail to reach us.
Exchanges will be despatched back to you at our cost.
We aim to process returns within 48 hrs of receipt but this time may be longer during busy periods.
Refunds will be re-credited to the credit / debit card used to pay for the order usually within 3/4 working days of our acceptance and processing of the returned goods.
Please note that some Banks may take up to 30 days to re-credit the amount.
Please note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be re-credited to the original purchaser.
Return / Exchange of SALE Goods :
Please note that the exchange period for SALE or Special Promotion products is 7 Days.
We are unable to refund SALE / Special Promotion goods – But we are happy to exchange or issue a credit note for products returned within the 7 day period and at our own discretion.
Discounted goods will only be refunded / credited to the value of the Sale / Promotional value.
Refunds will be re-credited as per above Returns Procedure.
